ALY stock opened at C$0.69 and moved within a range of C$0.6500 – 0.7000. the company announced the pricing of its previously-announced overnight marketed public offering and that it has entered today into an underwriting agreement with a syndicate of underwriters led by Canaccord Genuity Corp. and Cantor Fitzgerald Canada Corporation, acting as the co-lead underwriters and joint bookrunners, and including Roth Canada, ULC, to sell 11,500,000 units of AnalytixInsight at a price of $0.70 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $8,050,000, exclusive of the Over-Allotment Option described below.

Therma Bright Inc. (CVE:THRM) stock corrected 8.33% to C$0.385. Total volume for the session was 1.08 million shares, compared to its average volume of 1.66 million shares. The stock moved within a range of C$0.3750 – 0.4150 after opening at C$0.4050. Recently, the company provided the following update on its Brazilian clinical study of its innovative 15- minute COVID-19 antigen saliva test.
